Given the challenge of keeping the emergency call system alive even in a state of emergency, we have developed a modern and independent emergency call system.
The system is based on microwave links and the resulting data connection between sites. These can be implemented using batteries and VoIP emergency call columns.
What advantage does such a system offer compared with classic amateur radio?

As a synergy effect, only one internet connection per municipality is needed. Coverage of outlying sites: schools, after-school care centres, fire brigade, rescue service, recycling collection point, etc...
Meshed network
More connections - fewer outages
By meshing the network, data traffic can still establish a connection to its destination if one or more points fail. A direct line of sight to the actual control centre is therefore not strictly required; a line of sight to the nearest emergency call masts creates connectivity with the entire network.
