Tags instead of keys
With SALTO KS, keys are eliminated altogether; tags and cards are used instead. If lost or stolen, these can be deactivated very easily via the web interface, so the system remains secure. It is also possible to assign individual tags to different access groups, which makes access control easier.
Or straight from your smartphone
With the app for iOS and Android you can likewise open all doors fitted with the SALTO KS locking system. Access management is also possible via the app, e.g. denying access to certain users and revoking their access rights for particular doors.
In addition, you can receive notifications about all access events and so stay informed even when on the move.

The SALTO KS Cloud
Without any software installation, the entire access system is managed in a protected login area of the SALTO KS web app.
Access management is controlled via the online platform and smartphone app. Creating new access rights or updating existing ones, blocking SALTO KS tags, retrieving information and notifications about the battery levels of the individual SALTO KS cylinders and fittings - all of this is done extremely conveniently, clearly and in real time, and independently of your own location.

The battery-powered electronic Clay fittings can be installed with little effort on almost all doors - indoors and outdoors. A wide range of surface finishes and different handle sets are available to suit the building design perfectly.
SALTO KS fittings can also detect and report doors being left open or unauthorised opening.

Salto KS - Locking cylinders
SALTO KS locking cylinder - wireless and easy to install
The battery-powered electronic SALTO KS cylinders are extremely compact and can be installed quickly by simply replacing the existing door cylinder. The SALTO KS cylinder is ideal for use in properties where fitting door hardware is not possible or not desired (e.g. due to heritage protection requirements). The SALTO KS cylinder is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and is available in various finishes.
The SALTO KS cylinder requires one CR2 lithium battery to operate - good for up to 40,000 openings. Euro profile or mortise cylinders can be used.

Salto KS - Wall reader
SALTO KS wall reader - control and integration
The SALTO KS wall readers bring into the SALTO KS access solution all those doors on which no SALTO KS cylinder or fitting can be mounted - automatic door systems (sliding doors), barriers, lifts, etc. The SALTO KS wall reader is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. As the only SALTO KS component, the SALTO KS wall reader requires cabling in order to control the doors.
The SALTO KS wall reader is available in black and white, plastic and glass.

Salto KS - IQ and Repeater
The SALTO KS IQ - the heart of the system
As the central unit, the SALTO KS IQ connects the SALTO KS cylinders, fittings and wall readers/controller to the My-Clay.com online platform - wirelessly and with no configuration effort.
The SALTO KS IQ is mounted horizontally or vertically on the wall using the bracket, connected to power and activated online via the protected personal SALTO KS Log in.
Independent wireless connection The SALTO KS IQ connects to the internet independently via the mobile network. The SALTO KS IQ can be installed anywhere a mobile phone has reception. The distance from the SALTO KS IQ to the SALTO KS cylinders or fittings should be 10 metres at most - the range can be extended to a maximum of 40 metres with the SALTO KS Repeater.
Almost unlimited possibilities In your SALTO KS Log in, any number of SALTO KS IQ units can be managed. SALTO KS IQ can control remote doors as well as integrate stand-alone sites. Each SALTO KS IQ can manage up to 16 doors, and a green status LED signals that the connection is correct.
Security and AES 128-bit encryption Each SALTO KS IQ communicates with the SALTO KS IQ account via the mobile network or your network, and the SALTO KS IQ uses AES 128-bit encryption. Updates are also installed automatically over this network.
The SALTO KS Repeater - extends the range
The SALTO KS Repeater extends the distance between the SALTO KS IQ and the SALTO KS fittings and cylinders or the controller. Normally, the SALTO KS IQ and the door can be up to 10 metres apart - each SALTO KS Repeater adds a further 10 metres. Up to three SALTO KS Repeaters can be chained together, giving a maximum distance of 40 metres between the SALTO KS IQ and the door.
No cabling - no configuration All SALTO KS components work wirelessly - the SALTO KS Repeater and the SALTO KS IQ only require a power connection. Each SALTO KS IQ can be extended with up to 6 SALTO KS Repeaters (either directly on the IQ or on up to 3 repeaters) - this increases the range even for remote doors. Set-up and configuration are very simple - once connected to the mains, the SALTO KS Repeater receives an SMS and is activated.
The update, i.e. the firmware upgrade, takes place automatically, just as with the SALTO KS IQ, and the SALTO KS Repeater signals that it is working with a green status LED.
